OUR PROCESS
Whether this is your first time building a custom home or if you have gone through it before, we would like to provide you with a basic roadmap of our process so you have an idea of what to expect in the upcoming months. Building a home is both exciting and challenging. Our goal is to make the entire process enjoyable from start to finish.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
At this meeting we will go over what you are envisioning for your new home. We will take a look at pictures and floor plans of some of our past homes, and potentially tour one or two of the homes we currently have under construction so that you can get a feel for the high quality nature of our homes. We will also discuss your budget, timeline, and go into the building process more in depth.
LOCATION AND VISION
Do you already own the land you want to build on? Are you interested in a lot we own? Or, would you like our help in finding a property for you?

The duration of this stage varies based on what you are looking for. We will discuss with you how the house you desire may fit on the lot and what options you have. Also, we encourage you to do soil testing since the soil composition will affect the cost and structure of your new home.
ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
We work closely with a local architect and are highly involved with the design process. Tell us about yourself and what features you simply cannot live without. We can help you come up with the best layout for your lifestyle! This stage can take 8-12 weeks.

Perhaps you already have architectural drawings. If so, we would consult with you and ensure that they are the best that they can be.
SUBMIT FOR PERMITS
We will take care of getting the plans submitted to the city for the building permit. The approval process for the city can take up to 8 weeks.
BUILD
At this point your dream home is really starting to take form. There are many selections that need to be made, and we will help guide you through them. We will walk through the home with you at multiple stages of construction to ensure it fulfills expectations. We will also provide tools to help you stay on schedule and within budget. Here at Wise Investment Builders Enterprises, Ltd. we take pride in the superior quality homes we build, and we promise to construct yours with the highest level of skill and craftsmanship. This stage can take 7-12 months.
WARRANTY
The house is built, the keys are handed over, and you move in! You also move into our 1 year warranty period. We will provide you with a warranty packet that outlines many of the things to expect during the first year in your newly constructed home. At the end of the warranty period, we will walk through your home with you and identify anything that may need a tune up. Our goal is to construct a beautiful home for you to live in and provide the best customer service along the way.
